We sell directly to customers through our website and we don't have any retail or reseller partnerships.

At Orosi, we offer partial customization services, such as size adjustments or engravings. Please note that customization requests must be made separately, require over a month to fulfill, and incur an additional charge.
Order Status
You can check your order status any time here.
The lead time of the product is based on our production schedules. The shipping time varies depending on the destination country and indicates the amount of time it should take for your package to arrive after leaving our fulfillment center.
Changes to product options, shipping address, or other details can only be made before the product is shipped. If the product has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order and place a new one with the desired options.
Orosi is a brand that manufactures and ships products from South Korea. For orders outside of South Korea, products are shipped via international express, and delivery can take anywhere from a few days to 2-3 weeks, depending on the destination.

We don’t cover return shipping costs. You’re welcome to use whatever shipping service is most convenient for you. However, if the return is due to a defect or damage in the product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Purchasing
We are not currently selling wholesale, and do not plan to in the future.
Orosi's products are available exclusively on our website, www.orosistore.com. We don't have any retail or reseller partnerships.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal, as well as prepaid cards. We are unable to accept payments via wire transfer or check. We are also unable to take payments over the phone.
We do not currently offer gift cards for purchase.

We offer a 10% discount for first-time customers, which is available by signing up for our email newsletter here.
Shipping
Certain countries require the inclusion of the receiver’s tax ID number in order to smoothly process your import. We request this information in order to make the process as smooth as possible for you. If you don’t wish to share this information, let us know. We can still send the shipment but it may encounter delays in the import process.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when the package leaves our shop.
All of our current shipping carriers are listed on our Product Policies page. The shipping methods shown at checkout are the only methods we’re able to offer at this time due to our shipping contracts.
Yes! We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and most countries in Europe. We are also gradually preparing to expand shipping to more countries worldwide. As with all international packages, it will take time to pass through customs, and there may be an additional import fee that our customers are responsible for paying upon delivery. However, we haven't experienced our packages being rejected by customs unless the customer doesn't claim the package and pay the fee/tax.
The shipping cost will vary depending on the products, the number of items, and the shipping method you select at checkout. You should be able to fill your shopping cart with the items you'd like and then review the amount before you complete the transaction. Shipping prices are calculated to be as close as possible to the amount we pay the shipping service.
