All Orosi&Co products are handcrafted in South Korea in small batches. Each piece is carefully shaped, finished, and inspected by hand, from raw material selection to final detailing.
We prioritize thoughtful processes over speed, allowing time and attention to guide every step of production. This approach ensures consistent quality while preserving the natural character of the materials we use.

Yes. Since wood is a natural material, each piece will have unique grain patterns, tones, and textures.
Natural variations are part of the character and beauty of handcrafted wood products, making every piece slightly unique.
To care for your wooden products, keep them in a stable environment away from direct sunlight, heat, or excessive humidity. Wipe surfaces gently with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth to remove dust and fingerprints.
Avoid using chemical cleaners, as they may damage the natural finish.
Over time, wood can develop a richer tone with use. If you wish to refresh the surface, lightly apply a small amount of natural oil or wax using a lint-free cloth, then buff gently.
With regular and gentle care, your wood product will age beautifully and maintain its natural charm for years.
Orosi&Co does not currently operate a physical storefront. All of our handcrafted products are created in our private workshop and sold exclusively online through our official store.
We occasionally open our studio for workshops or special events. Updates and announcements will be shared through our website and social media channels.
We offer limited customization options depending on the product. For certain items, small adjustments such as size, finish, or engraving may be available.
Please note that customization requests are handled individually and may require additional time or cost.

Products, Returns & Warranty

If you experience any issues related to craftsmanship or manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that natural wood characteristics, minor variations, aging, or damage caused by improper use are not covered under warranty.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged product.
We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
To request a warranty claim, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
